Professional Experience
After having been in multiple leadership positions in marketing for several years at Unilever and Wiberg, I have been consulting and facilitating development processes for more than 20 years. This includes the consulting of executives, teams and organizations.
During this time, I developed my own approach – Go beyond.
My special fields of competence are Leadership-Development and Executives´ Personality-Development, Integrative Resource-Management, working with System Constellations in Organizations, Development of Municiplaities and Regions.
Higher Education
Master-Degrees in Economics and Psychology (Vienna, Austria; Bremen, Germany).
Numerous advanced trainings, most notably in Organizational Consulting (W.Pechtl/TOEM), Bioenergetics’ Analysis (DÖK), Systemic Constellation- and Reconstruction-Work (APSYS) and Hypnotherapy (Milton-Erickson-Institute, Hamburg, Germany).
Certified Management Consultant (WKO, Austria) and certified as Professional and Master-Trainer for Organizational Constellations by the international association infosyon, for which I was chairperson until April 2011.
